Branding

All apparel exclusive to Roany Pony Couture is branded with the logo. T-shirts and sweatshirts are typically branded on the sleeve, while hoodies are branded on the pocket. This safeguards our brand and discourages imitation and design theft. Unauthorized usage, sale, or duplication of our designs by individuals or entities will result in legal consequences.

 

Processing

At Ranch Couture Wholesale, we understand that timely delivery is crucial for our retailers and their customers. Our shipping and processing times are designed to ensure that you receive your orders promptly and efficiently.

Once an order is placed, our team works diligently to process it as quickly as possible. Typically, processing times range from 5 to 7 business days. This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare your order, ensuring that all items are in perfect condition before they are shipped. Please note that while we do our very best to adhere to this policy, processing times may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping

Upon processing, shipping times will vary based on preferences and location. Post-order, shipping charges will be calculated. The most cost-effective carrier will be selected unless a preference is indicated. Following billing, orders will be processed and shipped. On average you can expect 3-5 business days once package has been handed off to the carrier.

We strive to provide accurate shipping estimates at the time of checkout, but please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times. We recommend placing orders well in advance of any important dates to ensure timely arrival.
